How do I measure my diamond ring?
i-diamants offers you the resizing of up to 2 finger size errors within 30 days of receipt, as well as the secure re-delivery of your jewelry.
For example, the resizing of a ring from 50 to 52 is possible, while the resizing of a ring from 50 to 53 will be under the condition that it is technically possible without distorting the aesthetics of the jewel or weakening it.
For the resizing of your solitaire diamond ring, your diamond wedding ring or your engagement ring, we send you the documents by mail so that you can, upon receipt of these documents, send us your ring by secure shipment by La Poste in Declared Value. The cost of forwarding the ring to our offices is approximately 30 euros, to be paid to the post office when you send it (the amount depends on the value of the jewel).
Then it is necessary to count 2 to 3 days for the setting to measure as well as the times of sending towards our workshops and of return to your address of delivery, that is to say a total of approximately 2 weeks of delay.
