Our catalog presented is not exhaustive, the service is also to find exactly what you want, and to establish free estimates for your projects.

The resizing and the associated expenses (reshipment of the jewel) are offered on all our solitaires, rings and wedding rings within a period of 30 days for all the errors of turn of finger of a maximum of 2 numbers of ring (for example, the resizing of a ring of the 50 to 52 is possible as well as the resizing of a ring of the 50 to 48, whereas the resizing of a ring of the 50 to 53 or of the 50 to 47 will be under the condition that that is technically possible without deforming the aesthetics of the jewel or to weaken it).

 

 

Refund guarantee in case of return within 30 days of receipt of goods. This compares to the 14 days of the legal right of withdrawal (*).

The whole purpose of the site is to accompany you in your choice to achieve a connoisseur's purchase. Your satisfaction must be at the end of this process.

The 30-day "satisfied or reimbursed" guarantee offers you a guarantee that applies to those who place an order by internet (without presentation before purchase).

Secure and insured shipping parcels

Shipments are made in declared value by La Poste or by Private Carrier fast mail. All shipments are insured and secure.

 

 

We offer our customers on i-diamants.com only diamonds under our quality and origin control. We only source diamonds from legitimate sources and in compliance with the Kimberley Process and United Nations resolutions. It is inconceivable for us to call a diamond beautiful if it does not meet ethical criteria. On each sales invoice sent to our clients, the following statement appears: "The diamonds on this invoice come from legitimate sources in compliance with the United Nations resolutions and the Kimberley Process".
