What is the recommended delivery method for you diamond or your jewel?

We recommend that you use the declared value postal service. It is a secure circuit, 100% insured, reserved for jewelers for years. The parcel is delivered against signature and presentation of the identity card. If you are not there when the delivery man comes, the Post Office will leave a note in your mailbox and you will be able to withdraw the parcel in the nearest post office during 15 days. During this time, your jewel or diamond is stored in a safe. The delivery by La Poste in declared value can take from 3 to 5 days for a delivery in France.

If you have an imperative deadline, we invite you to choose the mode of delivery by Chronopost, much faster. You will receive your parcel in 24h00 to 48h00 in France, time to be specified on a case by case basis for shipments abroad. The disadvantage of Chronopost is that you must be present between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm on the day you receive the package. We advise you to use this service if you are in a hurry and if you live in a house and not in a building in order to avoid any inconvenience of reception.
